Working with pricing will be elaborated in finance by looking at price and cost structures and from analysis subject we will work with research on customer behavior.
Furthermore, we will prepare budget and feasibility of the chosen promotional strategy.
You have observed the success of several restaurant chains in Denmark in the recent years. Sticks n sushi, Mash, Cofoco, Meyers and others are all examples of restaurant chains with good concepts that have business successes.
Your team assignment is to propose the establishment of a new restaurant chain to exploit the trend that there is a growing need for good dining experiences. Your individual task will be – based on the team assignment – to propose a promotion. One promotion activity should be illustrated and a budget set.
